Mums get pampered for Mother's Day
11 March 2011
On Friday 1st and Saturday 2nd April 2011, local mums can
enjoy free styling and pampering treats at The Ashley Centre.
Professional stylist Susannah Hebden Moore is bringing her new
'Gorgeous Mummies' post baby styling services to The Ashley Centre.
She said: "Helping mums with styling and confidence issues is
something I feel passionately about. As a mum of two myself, I know
how hard it is to find time to look after yourself properly. I show
women how to dress for your body shape so you can flatter the bits
you like and hide the bits you don't and also how to choose clothes
that are right for your unique personality, so you feel comfortable
and stylish in your clothes. This can help improve someone's
confidence almost immediately. Having confidence in your own
personal appearance can have a profound effect on self esteem and
overall happiness. I can't think of anything more worthwhile to
do".
Susannah will be on hand to answer questions on dressing for
your body shape and style personality in her post baby clinics. She
can also escort mums on a mini personal shopping trip to selected
stores in The Ashley Centre. Ideal if you are looking for a special
outfit or would just like to try a new look.
Additionally, mums can take advantage of free mini manicures or
hand and arm massages. The event is run by Savvy Mamas, a
networking and support group for local women who manage their own
businesses around the needs of their families. Savvy Mamas will be
offering discounts on their beauty and stylist services booked
during the event as well as a free prize draw to win a makeover.
