The Ashley Centre gets fresh new look
07 April 2009
The Ashley Centre, formerly known as The Mall Ashley, is being
relaunched with a makeover of new branding and signage and return
to the original name of The Ashley Centre, after it was purchased
by The Carlyle Group and Bride Hall Holdings recently. The relaunch
coincides with the centre's 25th birthday celebrations.
David Beddows, General Manager of The Ashley Centre said: "Our
customers have been really enthusiastic about the reintroduction of
the name The Ashley Centre with it's local historical links. We are
delighted to unveil a new centre logo and upgrading the branding
throughout the centre which will be celebrated with a series of
events and giveaways during the year".
To relaunch the centre, this weekend (Saturday 4 and Sunday 5
April) shoppers enjoyed a makeover too. The weekend's Makeover and
Style event featured workshops showing hot new looks and tips on
making wardrobes work with the latest fashion separates, colours
and accessories. There were free prize draws and four lucky
visitors won a free makeover with celebrity stylist Patrick
Swan.
Roger Gorham director of Bride Hall Holdings, added: "The
re-brand will support and re- establish the quality of the shopping
environment within the centre. We are looking to continually
improve the quality of retail offered and maximise levels of
customer service".
