We’re evolving for the better. We’re investing in Epsom and working hard to make Ashley Centre better for you and the community. 

Throughout 2023, you’ll start to notice positive change at Ashley Centre as we work to improve it. Expect a new look, large-scale renovations and major enhancements to both the interior and exterior of the scheme. 

Where we can, we’ve scheduled evening construction works for minimal disruption to you. Please bear with us whilst we complete renovations to deliver our improved vision for the scheme.
