Salon Manager – REGIS
Regis is a global hairdressing brand with over 60 years’ experience in creating beautiful hair,
providing top-quality salon services, education and haircare expertise.
As a Salon Manager within our Regis Salon, you will be providing professional standard hairdressing
service & experience for our guests. Ensuring guests’ needs aren’t just met but exceeded; with an
aim to having them return in future and recommend us to others.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, control and lead the operation of the salon.
Liaise and communicate with the Regional Business Manager.
Monitor duties & responsibilities of salon team members.
Run your own column.
Review and arrange meetings with team members on their personal development and
advise how internal targets would be met.
Organising team rotas.
Maintain excellent standards of hygiene & safety.

Experience:
- Preferred 3-year post qualification experience.
Qualifications:

We are looking for: Someone who is passionate about bubble tea, able to work under pressure and fast pace environment, good teamwork, flexible working hours including weekends, great customer service attitude and consciousness, experience in the hospitality and bubble tea sector is preferred, be eligible to work in the UK.
Main duties:
What are you going to do: Preparation of teas, waffles and various ingredients, taking customer orders, making the drinks and waffles, maintaining the overall cleanliness and tidiness of work area and follow Food Safety procedures, opening and closing the store.
